Return – All returned items will be refunded (less the postage costs) and will take approximately 14 business days to process.

Postage Cost - If your order is entitled to FREE Shipping, it will be our cost of shipping your order.

Please notify us of your request within 7 days of receiving your parcel (as shown on the courier website).

Exchange / Return item(s) must be in original, unused condition with all packaging/tags intact.

Size exchange - we will cover the cost of sending back to you the exchange of full-priced items.

Personal items such as underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Items on sale/clearance/special promotional offers can only be exchanged.

Sold-out items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation: orders can be cancelled before the order has been processed and up to 12 hours after placing the order.

Due to international logistic issues in some countries, STUD reserves the right to cancel international orders and provide a full refund.
